AI career coach for employees
Executive coaching reaches the top of the company. Leo, Saganom's AI career coach, reaches everyone else: a career conversation, a measured view of their skills, a plan they own and the money to act on it, on their phone, in their language.
A general chatbot can talk about careers. Leo works from the person's own data: their role, their measured skills against what the role asks, their plan, your course catalogue and the money in their wallet. He recommends only courses that exist and are affordable, and says so plainly when the right course is not in the catalogue.
Conversations with Leo are never shown to the manager or HR. Employer reporting is aggregated in groups of five or more and never names a person. Leo has no part in performance evaluation. Data is stored in the EU, and each use of personal data rests on a separate consent the employee can switch off at any time.
Leo answers in English, German or French, in the language the person writes in, and the buttons and cards follow. Employees can also dictate instead of typing.
No. Leo handles the everyday questions every employee has, at a scale human coaching cannot reach, and offers a human coach when the situation calls for one. The human session is booked from the app and paid from the learning wallet.
No. Conversations are private to the employee. HR sees aggregates of five people or more, such as skills by department or required-training completion, and never a person's conversation.
Under ten minutes: a short conversation with Leo, or a CV he reads, then a career map and a first plan to confirm.
